I purchased a software program that failed to do what Wondershare claimed it would do. If I was able to give this company negative stars, I would do so. The software works is what matters and no other good support is out there. I am a little nervous the company is from china, but that can be normal biases from media and propaganda. Most likely it be best to have someone you know or IT assist in certain problems.
Most complaints on here seem average problems related to software intergration. No one relaly understand when you erase data or corrupt a drive most likely you will not get files unless you do not put any information on that phone or drive then quickly recover. I paid 50 dollars and with a 50 percent shot of recovery it worked. As I look at these reviews and the company being ownded by a chinese family, I got nervous. I tried wondershare pdf ediitor, iphone backup, and iphone recovery. I am nervouse about putting my card on any product on the web.
